Do a Visibility Audit
Key Takeaway
What you see shapes what you do. Make your values easier to spot.
Transcript
You’ve created a North Star. You’ve named a few default settings. Now: how visible are those things in your life?
Today is about doing a Visibility Audit. Walk through your spaces—both physical and digital—and ask:
What is visible that supports who I want to be?
What’s visible that distracts me or pulls me off-course?
What’s missing that could act as a visual cue for alignment?
Action Prompt:
Pick one thing to make more visible today. This could be:
Placing your North Star where you’ll see it daily
Leaving your journal on your pillow
Adding a Post-it to your laptop as a cue to take breaks
Putting your values list on your phone lock screen
You don’t need to do everything—just shift one or two cues so your environment works for you.
Reflection
Walk through your space and ask: What supports who I want to be? What distracts me? What’s missing? Pick one change to make today. For example: Place your North Star in a visible spot. Use a Post-it reminder to pause. Set your lock screen to a value or phrase.
