Module 12: Maintaining MomentumaudioNaN min
Set a Future Reminder
Key Takeaway
Staying on track isn’t about perfection—it’s about returning to yourself, again and again.
Transcript
Even the best-designed systems drift. That’s okay—drift is part of the process. Today’s task is about anticipating that moment and creating a gentle, empowering tripwire to bring you back when it happens.
Your Mission:
Schedule a note to your future self. You can do this in your calendar, a reminder app, or a physical letter you place in your journal.
Message ideas:
“Remember your North Star. Check in with where your attention is going.”
“How do your default settings feel right now? Is there one you want to adjust?”
“What small shift would bring you back into alignment today?”
“You’re the designer. What do you want to redesign this month?”
Suggestion:
Set this reminder for 1 month from now—or even 3 months out, if that feels right.
The point isn’t to be perfect. It’s to stay in relationship with your intentions over time.
Reflection
Create a reminder for 1–3 months from now (calendar, app, note in your journal). Suggested Messages: “What’s one small shift that would feel good right now?” “Are you still aligned with your North Star?” “Anything you want to re-design?”
