Welcome to Module 7 on supplementation, testing, and HRT. We’re at the finish line, and I’m so proud of you for making it this far. By this point, I hope you’ve started identifying some of the key factors that may be impacting your hormonal balance and that you’ve begun making simple but powerful shifts in your day-to-day life. You may already be noticing changes in your mood, energy levels, and overall hormonal health. In the previous module, we talked about clearing the clutter — looking at what could impact our detoxification processes and, in turn, the balance between estrogen and progesterone. We explored the importance of gut health, the liver and its many functions, and identified some common endocrine disruptors — things that can overburden the liver and affect hormone balance. Remember, it’s not about perfection or living a completely toxin-free life. That’s impossible — and honestly, quite stressful. I know because I attempted it myself about a decade ago. This is about awareness and making the best choices we can with what’s within our control. In this module, we’ll be focusing on: Strategic supplements that can support your hormonal balance alongside the nutrition and lifestyle changes you’ve already made. What to look out for when getting tests done, and which forms of testing are most accurate for hormonal health. A few additional tests worth considering. A simple at-home test you can do today. And finally, a look at HRT — what to keep in mind when starting it, and what to do if you’re experiencing side effects or challenges. If you’re ready, let’s get started.
