Counting your blessings How to practice it: Think back over the past week and write up to five things in your life that you are grateful or thankful for. Tips for practising and personalisation. Combine with something you enjoy – I find it comes more naturally if I’m doing some other positive activity like walking in nature (and if you do that, opt for thinking on this versus writing obviously!) Imagine yourself in the past or the future, looking in on your life now - what might your past or future self notice that you have to be grateful for?
