You’ll see with this logo, it’s a self-led program, which means that you can sign up and do it at your own pace. So you don’t have to do it over 21 days. You could really slow it down. You could start with mind time or movement that feels good, whichever appeals. You go into each one, and on here you can see, on the right-hand side, an example of the lessons or the practices that exist under the gratitude theme. You click on them, you watch a video from me, you read a bit about the science, and you decide if you want to try it out for the next few days. You might decide that you give yourself a whole week on mind time, and you pick one practice or you pick all three. And then when you move on to the gratitude practices, you keep some of them going or you put them to one side and try out something new. So it’s really flexible. And just like all of the programs on AURA, the great thing is you can interact with the program leader. You can drop comments and I can respond to any questions that you have. There’s also a really good reflection and planning tool at the end. You can go in and write down or put in your notes things that have worked for you and that you want to keep building on. But I guarantee if you work with any of these practices, you’re going to see an uplift in your happiness, and over time you’ll see an uplift in your wellbeing as well. In the AURA app, you can respond to any questions that someone may have. In terms of turnaround, I would say within 24 hours during the week, Monday to Friday. Over the weekend, allow until Monday. You don’t discuss things with other people in the program. You can simply say, “I’ve really enjoyed this one,” or you can pose a question to me and I can get back to you there. And if you do want to, there’s always an option to have some coaching at the same time with me. That’s available on the AURA app as well, but it’s not essential. You can do this entirely as a self-led program.

Take a moment to consider: ·Which theme or practice feels most supportive for me right now? ·How much time and energy do I realistically have to engage with this over the next week? ·What is one practice I could try gently, at my own pace, and notice how it supports my wellbeing?
