So firstly, because not everybody understands what positive psychology is, I’m going to spend one minute talking about positive psychology. I really want to take time to think about you and your needs because this is for you. Understanding the needs of the AURA community has been really important in putting this together for you. We’re going to put some focus on the how of happiness and dispel some myths around happiness that can hold us back. And then I’m going to introduce you to the thing that you’re probably all here for, and that’s some PPIs, which are positive psychology interventions. I’m going to talk about what they are, why we use them, and how to use them. I’m going to start helping you design your own 21-day approach to building more practices into your days and your weeks, and how and why to do that. I’m going to talk to you a little bit about how to increase your wellbeing wisdom and build on what already works, which are key principles of positive psychology. And then I’m going to get really specific. I’m giving you six positive psychology interventions that you can put into your back pocket or your toolbox straight away and start adding into your days. And then I’ll be talking about the 21 Day Happiness Practices Challenge, which is a program that I just pressed publish on an hour ago on the AURA app, which is full of many more positive psychology interventions.
