Yeah, I love that intersection of modern science and you know, really human intelligence, human innate intelligence. I will do a quick five minute intro of what Aura is trying to do. And I think it'll speak deeply to all women on the call really. I'm on a mission and I quit a corporate career realizing that I'm not the only one suffering, that my journey is actually more systemic rather than personal. So over the last 18 months I've been building what we've started now calling as personalized care system for a billion plus women. Where women come to get the care they deserve. So I think it's important so that you know what my story is on resume and on paper and LinkedIn. It probably looks really good. But the reality was I was not in a good shape. I was suffering from overlapping complex health challenges. But everyone that every doctor that I visited just said that I'm clinically healthy, and, or said that, oh, it's just perimenopause. And it just frustrated me, and didn't help me recover. So I had to navigate a really complex system to get the care that I needed, and finally figured out that what is right for me is a holistic approach. But just knowing what is right for me is also not enough. I need a continuous support. So that is the fundamentals on which we are building Aura, the reality today is that, it's an epidemic. So these are the numbers guys, and I don't think this will surprise you, but 9 in 10 women suffer from menstrual symptoms or hormonal imbalances. And the reality is it is common but normal. But not normal, but it is normalized. So all women live in stigma because they are said that, oh, it is normal. So 85% of the women actually feel dismissed, through the traditional healthcare system, which is meant for episodic acute symptomatic care. And that is why it is very important to look at system dysregulations and not at symptom suppression. So hence everything at Aura you'll see is not about, oh, you have a symptom, let's heal that. No, no, no. It's about connecting those symptoms in a systemic way to figure out what's going on and then get you the care that you need. Just a brief review. There's a lot of data. Don't get into it, but we have over 2 million data points now. And look at those numbers. There is like more anxiety, sleep issues, hair issues, weight and body, and all of those are closer to 70 to 80%. What this tells us is that all these symptoms that we are going through, mood, sleep, skin and body, physical libido and sexual health, which is not spoken about, are all deeply interconnected. And treating them, just piecemeal or just using very singular approaches. Just take this hormone is not going to resolve it. We need a system based, longitudinal, continuous care which is highly accessible and highly affordable. So your journey at Aura, is going to be really simple. You can start where you want. A bunch of the stuff is just free. So you start with a free personalized plan. I'll do a quick demo. You can start with free discovery calls or free programs and then see how far you want to go. But even if you do just the base layer, you will be better off than wherever you are. So I'll do a quick demo so that you know how we integrate the fundamentals of ancient medicine, modern science and positive psychology and cognitive behavior therapy. So essentially, Aura is a personalized well being companion. We've used data from over 5,000 women, working with practitioners across 10 modalities to create an assessment that covers your 11 systems. It is a very simple assessment that you just do in ten minutes. And the first thing you get is a practitioner reviewed personalized plan. It starts with a personalized letter and goes to understand your root causes which connects these symptoms into systems. So this is actually my real report and it talks about you know, my unresolved past trauma and the emotional, emotional burden I have been carrying is that has actually been really impacting me on a day to day. Not just from productivity point of view but higher stress, poor sleep, leading to hence other issues like eczema, migraines, etc. Now it gave me a really good strategy to work using and there were two or three other root causes highlighted. But then the focus shifted on using cognitive behavior therapy, which had things like journaling, it also recommended regular meal times and digital detox before sleep. Now these are really simple habits but they have been transformational for me. Just these habits you'll see integrate into my daily flow and I get a nudge, like 30 minutes before it's my sleep time. Is that. Keep that phone away. Just that simple nudge when I'm on my phone is so helpful. The second and a very important pillar for me has been to make sure every woman has access to holistic practitioners and their detailed profile. So here you can see Dr. Sabine's full profile including her qualifications and real testimonials. You can book a free discovery call with her. And if you want to go deeper you can book a three session bundle between Sessions, she is tracking your symptoms and habits so she'll tell you, hey, you didn't do that habit or the symptom is going off. And then, you can chat with her anytime, send her any diagnostic report, et cetera. This is a fully HIPAA compliance system. Finally, you have access to many amazing self paced free programs, but also coaching programs and community support. This includes everything like the fundamentals of qigong and traditional Chinese medicine, hormonal balancing rituals, a bunch of stuff there is really rich and free and available for you to access. And if you want to engage more deeply, they are also paid programs. Essentially what this is doing is combining longitudinal care with deep support, both community and practitioner. So I'll pause there. I hope that was kind of a good preview. And we'll take questions in the end, but feel free to add them in the chat. All right, over to you now, doctor. Sabine to kick off. Okay. Okay. Hi again.
