Random Acts of Kindness are small (or large) gestures to help someone else, that show are. How to practise it: You can no doubt come up with your own ideas, but here are some ideas for inspiration. o Send a card or letter. o Send a message with some pictures of special times. o Lend a hand (with time/skills/advice). o Lend a book you love with someone you think will like it. o Pick up the phone to someone who’s struggling. o Support a good cause or invest in someone’s dream with crowdfunding sites like this: https://www.kiva.org/ o Express gratitude more freely, pay more compliments or even just make a point of smiling more at those you come into contact with (as long as it feels safe to do so)!
