How to practise it:
You can no doubt come up with your own ideas, but here are some ideas for inspiration.
o Send a card or letter.
o Send a message with some pictures of special times.
o Lend a hand (with time/skills/advice).
o Lend a book you love with someone you think will like it.
o Pick up the phone to someone who’s struggling.
o Support a good cause or invest in someone’s dream
