I am Building AURA FEM HEALTH, with a purpose to help women feel their best version by overcoming the gap of awareness, knowledge, accessibility, adoption and prioritization of women health.
I have always had a dream of ‘equality of opportunity’. But, as I looked around, I saw that many women were holding back or not reaching their full potential because of their health issues. Society has somehow convinced women that things like mood swings, anxiety, menstrual health issues, weight challenges, fatigues, sexual health issue are all just “normal”. And even worse they should not talk about it. I refuse to accept this and am committed to creating a pathway where each women feels her best.
