Overview

This 6 week group programme is organised and run by Dr Sonya Shah, an accredited health and nutrition coach and medical doctor (former GP). You’ll learn and practice how to eat in a way that energises you, combat emotional/stress eating, improve sleep quality, incorporate more movement, how to use your mindset to support you, self-compassion, and more. Although this is a group coaching programme, numbers are limited to 10 participants on a first come basis. Alongside covering key topics, you’ll explore your goals, values and motivators, and with guidance, create a personalised nutrition, mindset and lifestyle action plan which you will then implement. Your progress and wins will be celebrated, and you’ll be supported in navigating challenges and setbacks. Between the weekly live sessions, you’ll have access to a private forum with myself and others in the group for ongoing peer support, accountability and opportunity to ask questions. By the end of the programme, you’ll feel empowered with the knowledge, tools and mindset to keep up your progress with confidence and create long term lasting change.
