Module 1: Foundations of Rhythmic LivingvideoNaN min

Introduction

Key Takeaway

The way women experience health, energy, and emotions is fundamentally different from the linear model our world is built on. Women’s bodies are cyclical, rhythmic, and deeply influenced by nature and nourishment. Yet most modern guidance overlooks this. Courtney introduces the program by sharing how Eastern medicine revolutionized her understanding of hormones and why simplifying women’s health through root-cause frameworks is essential. Her own journey through chronic fatigue and burnout revealed a profound truth: women don’t need more information — they need the right language to understand what their bodies are already communicating. This program helps women remember that inner knowing and reconnect with the rhythms that support healing, vitality, and emotional steadiness.

Transcript

I am so passionate about teaching this topic, and as Priyanka said, I’ve been doing this for a very long time. When I started learning about hormones through the lens of Eastern medicine, it truly revolutionized my practice. My passion is making things simple for women. One of the challenges right now, even within holistic medicine, is that there are so many choices and so many options, and often they feel disconnected from true root-cause understanding. This is one of the things I love bringing to women—helping them simplify, tune in, and really learn the language their body is speaking. I found my way into this work through my own health crisis with chronic fatigue in my late twenties, and through my own struggles with burnout. When I began learning what I’m going to teach you today, everything suddenly made sense. I genuinely believe there is so much potential not only to transform our own health but also to transform our relationships, our communities—because when women feel well and grounded, everything changes. I believe Ayurveda holds an incredible amount of wisdom and potential for deep transformation. I’m so glad to be here today, and I look forward to hearing from all of you—your questions, your challenges, and what brought you here.
