Each session explores a topic from the angle of a healthy body and mind, with an introductory part followed by one to four movements - the core principles well integrated in Chinese medicine. The beginner sessions contain fundamental principles for those who are new to Qigong. The ‘all levels’ videos are built on topics that has a direct link to women's health, such as the liver aspect, the digestive function in the morning or the day and night cycle, the natural body clock. The session about the hands is more informational than physical practice yet an important aspect for us women and the Bodyclock video is a short introduction to the morning practice to regulate the Lungs and Large Intestine. For best result, it might be a good advice to do these sessions in consecutive order but you are really free to explore this program to find those exercises that connect to you and use them as a morning or evening regular practice.

  • These ten Qigong videos compile a series of Qigong training for women at all levels and at all ages.
