Where to Start

The most important practices to work with first, and how to progress.

Key Takeaway

You’ve learned the rhythms, the science, and the wisdom. The real transformation begins when you bring these practices into your daily life—slowly, simply, and in a way your body can actually receive. This work is about remembering your power, your aliveness, and your connection to your own inner wisdom.

So I wanted to make a quick video now that you've gone through most of the course and just answer the question, “What’s next?” You've learned about the nervous system, you've learned about hormones through the lens of Eastern medicine. You've learned about Ayurveda and the four foundational rhythms, and you've learned practices to support your female body rhythms. I understand from all these years of doing this work that learning isn't enough. What I'm really doing is teaching you how to make this practical. Our health, our healing, our liberation comes from our body, and we need to not just know this intellectually. We need to put it into practice. When you put it into practice, you start to feel this connection on a deep cellular level. You start to remember and reclaim and awaken this wisdom. And that is what I want to help women do: reclaim their power, their wisdom, their radiance, their vitality, and live in a way where they feel more alive. Ayurveda means the knowledge of life. To me, it's the wisdom of how to be more alive, with our feet planted on the ground, in our body, moving through life, understanding that we are human bodies having this experience and we’re also deeply connected to the spiritual world. That’s why I've created more in-depth programs like Radiant Living and my one-on-one coaching program—to help you incorporate these practices as life continues to happen, particularly if you're a caretaker, a mother, caring for aging parents, or working in a field where you support others. We can be pulled in many different directions. Often, our imbalances come from that way of living that contributes to our stress and keeps us out of balance. We need to be held and supported and anchored in something as we make small changes that align our life with what we want and help us build nervous system capacity. This is where the rubber meets the road. We want to put this into practice in a way that feels sustainable, but most importantly, to really simplify our life and maintain our health so it doesn't feel like a full-time job. That is my passion—helping women experience the incredible design of their female body and access this deep vitality, power, and creative potential. I firmly believe that when we do that, we can create a new world—a new way of relating to each other—and reclaim our connection to nature, to our body, and to each other. So if you're interested, I encourage you to look into the programs where you can go more in depth with this work and learn practices that help you reclaim your health, your vitality, and your wisdom. You can find that info below.
